re/discover was a conceptual campaign that involved designing promotional advertising for a place-specific event serving los angeles’ historic core neighborhood.
playing the role of art director throughout the entire process, i began by conducting field research on the neighborhood. next, i devised the event concept based on those findings and the narrative arc i wanted to present. the design of the promotional piece reflects the area’s past, present, and future; the purpose and spirit of the event itself; and the campaign’s overarching message.
